It is a crucial time period for puppies between 8-16 weeks, to get proper socialization. Without proactive efforts, puppies can develop a lack of bite inhibition, proper communication/play behavior and human interaction.

S.T.A.R.

  (Socialization, Training, Activity, Responsibility)

A program designed to get dog owners and their puppies off to a good start. 

Communication is key to living in harmony with our dogs. Fortunately, dog's love to learn! Dogs can learn so quickly we communicate well with them, and they have the right motivation.

This course is designed for strengthening the behaviors you have learned in Basic Training. You will learn new techniques for proper greetings, impulse control, and heel. We will work distraction, duration and distance. Advanced shaping for teaching fun tricks.

Teaching the basic obedience course in your own home while allowing your canine the comfort of familiarity. 

The scheduling flexibility allows you time to complete the previous course work, prior to our next session.

This course allows for behavioral modification training to address specific problem behaviors and/or create desired behavior. Who said you can't teach an old dog, new tricks??

The AKC Canine Good Citizen Test (CGC)

The 10 test items are practical and functional behaviors that every dog should have to become a polite member of society.

Cats are observers and you are actually training them every day. They are Independent and willful but can learn behaviors that benefit the human connection or keeping the peace in a multi- cat household.
